LeaseTeller is a paid subscription service. There is no free trial or free analysis. Subscription price, billing interval, renewal and cancellation terms must be shown clearly before purchase.

Users may upload only documents they are authorised to process. LeaseTeller may reject unsupported, unreadable, abusive or unsafe uploads. The service provides informational document analysis and is not a law firm.

The final Terms must address cancellation, refunds, acceptable use, service availability, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, governing law and all production billing details before customers are accepted.
