LeaseTeller is operated by HE-Reigns Computers. Privacy questions can be sent to leaseteller@outlook.com.

LeaseTeller processes account information, subscription status, uploaded lease files, extracted document text and generated reports to provide the service. Uploaded leases may contain personal information.

Lease files are intended to be stored privately and retained only for the disclosed retention period or until deletion, subject to operational and legal requirements. Lease content should not be sent to advertising analytics.

Third-party processors may include authentication, payment, hosting/storage, OCR and AI providers. The final policy must identify production vendors and applicable retention/data-processing terms before launch.
